Roche Tower 2 – The tallest building in Switzerland
This blog post takes you on a journey to the tallest building in Switzerland. Basel is home to several pharmaceutical giants, and one of the most notable is F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG, commonly known as Roche, with its headquarters based right here in the city.
Roche Tower 2 is a skyscraper in Basel with a height of 205 metres, it has a total of 50 floors. This is Roche Tower 1 (185 metres), which was the tallest building until the second one was built. You can join a guided tour to look around the building and enjoy the view of the city from the top.
During the tour you will experience the highlights of Building 2: you will learn interesting facts about the architecture of Herzog & de Meuron. From the top floor you can enjoy the view over Basel and the other skyscraper, the Roche Tower Building 1.
